1Kw ex-USAF radio beacon (manufactured before the Second World War by RCA Victor), converted for broadcasting use
Aerial Height
BBMS replaced the Radio Essex scaffold pole aerial with a ‘T' aerial - with lengths of copper wire slung between a pair scaffold poles
