5Kw RCA BTA 5G (converted for use as a 10Kw shortwave transmitter)

An additional studio was built on the Ross Revenge to broadcast WMR programmes (using some equipment from the former Radio 390)


Programmes were all pre-recorded on cassette tapes and played out by on board staff. There were some live continuity announcements.
